How long is transit to Europe?

It depends on the route, load type and customs traffic. On the Central European corridor (Germany, Poland, Czech Republic) delivery is typically planned within a few days to a week. We share an exact schedule for your load at the quotation stage.

What is the difference between groupage (LTL) and full truckload (FTL)?

With FTL, the vehicle is dedicated to your load only and travels door-to-door without transshipment. With LTL, your goods are consolidated with other loads on the same lane and you only pay for the space you use — the most economical option for loads that don't fill a truck.

Which countries do you serve?

We provide export and import transport to Germany, Poland, the Czech Republic, Hungary, Slovakia, Romania and Greece. For other European countries we plan on request.

How can I track my shipment?

Our vehicles are GPS-equipped; we share live location updates throughout the transport, so you always know where your goods are.

What information do you need for a quote?

Origin and destination, load type (pallet/parcel/full load), approximate dimensions & weight, and loading date are enough. Send them via our contact form or WhatsApp — our team responds quickly.

Is the cargo insured?

International transports are carried out under CMR liability; additional cargo insurance can be arranged based on the value of your goods. We clarify the details at the quotation stage.

Do you also handle imports?

Yes. We run weekly departures in both directions — export and import — for full and part loads, with the same operational discipline on return loads from Europe to Türkiye.

Do you support customs procedures?

Yes. We coordinate complete document preparation, keep declarations and paperwork in sync with the transport plan, and track border crossings.

How does your fulfillment service work?

Your products arrive at our warehouse; we handle goods-in, shelving, stock tracking, order picking, packing, carrier handover and returns management on behalf of your brand. See our Onway Fulfillment page for details.
